Your lips are movin', and Meghan Trainor is not buying any word your sayin'. That's the message behind the latest single from the "All About That Bass" singer, and she's expressing all that sass in the new music video for her new song "Lips Are Movin'," which dropped today (Nov. 19).
"Lips Are Movin'" follows the same candy-colored motif from Trainor's "All About That Bass" video, as the vintage-inspired singer performs on a variety of sets with pastel hues of blue, yellow and pink. Brining inspiration from the lips lyric in the song's title, red smackers are everywhere, from Trainor's own face to a couch in one set and on the lips of some painted figures in the background.
With plenty of dismissive hand waves and lots of hip shaking, the music video for "Lips Are Movin'" also takes Trainor's fans behind-the-scenes. People bring ladders and props in and out of different sets, you can see confetti being thrown from just above another background and fans even get a peek at the styling behind the music video, as Trainor puts on a mini fashion show for her stylists.
It's an equal mix of meta, adorable and totally Trainor.

"Lips Are Movin" is the latest single from Trainor's forthcoming debut album Title and her immediate follow-up to her breakthrough hit "All About That Bass." Title will be released on Jan. 13, 2015, just one month before Trainor kicks off her expansive North American That Bass Tour.
