Tinder is everywhere. The world's fast favorite "dating" app is changing the way we look at dating and initial interaction between people attracted to each other. Even people who would have no need for it, like celebrities for example, are hopping on the bandwagon. Normally, celebrities wouldn't need such an app because for such superficial interactions, they can always simply walk outside into public, however it provides entertainment. Now Capital FM got Calvin Harris in their studio and had him try out a mock swipe right or left on Tinder with some individuals that include Nicki Minaj & Ellie Goulding via Capital FM.
The mock Tinder scenario was premised by the fact that each woman had swiped right on him, or said they were into him. So it was up to him to make the next move. He kicks things off with Ellie Goulding and swipes right because "she's a lovely girl." Maybe he is just has a slight feeling of nostalgia and needs some love.
He then gets Nicki Minaj, and at first doesn't recognize her, potentially as a stall tactic to think of a good response, before swiping left and denying the "Anaconda" star and her widely adored booty. His initial response is "I'm a bit scared of that [Nicki Minaj], left".
Taylor Swift comes up next and he swipes left because she is the opposite of his type. So ladies out there looking to shack up with a $66 million dollar DJ via Forbes, make sure you have brown or black hair and you may have a shot at landing Mr. Harris.
Calvin Harris had to cancel his MTV EMAs performance due to health concerns, but appears to be in good health in this interview. That is good for him and all fans who plan on seeing in the upcoming month, including at Stereosonic in Australia at the beginning of December.
