Diddy and his cable network, REVOLT TV, reached its one-year milestone back in August and the hip-hop mogul spoke on its success during a recent staff party. Diddy spoke highly of the network saying, "The dream has just started."

According to HipHopDX, Diddy decided to spread some holiday cheer at during the company's holiday party in Los Angeles and offered up a motivational speech on the REVOLT's current success and future plans.

"The dream has just started," he reportedly said. "Our first year has been a tremendous success if you look at the history of just brands in general. My dream of this network ... most importantly this brand, because it's not just a network was to be a part of the change through music, through culture, through our relationships with all communities, to be disruptive, to be fresh, to be new, to be able to push the envelope, to be able to embrace artists, to put people on, to be able to put young executives on, young creatives on getting them a chance for people to listen to them, so they can change the world."

REVOLT held its first Music Conference, which served as a platform for technology companies, brands and the music industry, in Miami this year and it has been instrumental in providing coverage from the frontlines in Ferguson, Missouri during the uprisings that occurred in the wake of the death of Mike Brown.

"This is a very reflective time," Diddy said "A time that is impossible to not count your blessings. There's a lot going on in the world and to me it's no coincidence that the name of this company is called REVOLT. Right now, we are in a cultural revolution. We are in a very important time."

Andre Harrell currently serves as vice chairman of the network.
