Just when you thought it couldn't get any stranger/better after Kanye West and Paul McCartney released a surprise collaboration "Only One" out of the blue on New Year's Eve, it appears there may be more where that came from. This is all according to Ty Dolla $ign, who was featured on "Only One." The Los Angeles artist told Billboard in a recent interview that there was more music between himself, Kanye West, Paul McCartney and even Rihanna — if you can wrap your head around all of that. In addition to spilling the beans on that collaboration, he also spoke about working with West and their time recording together at a house on the beach in Mexico, as well as the reaction to "Only One."

Tyrone Griffin, better known as Ty Dolla $ign, reveals how he and West got introduced and the tracks were made.

"One day my homie Ricky Anderson [Kanye's cousin] hit me up and was like, 'Kanye wants you to come work with him in Mexico,' so I came out there [and] we did like nine songs in one day; one of them happened to be 'Only One,'" Griffin told Billboard.

The atmosphere and ambiance that Griffin describes sounds pretty incredible.

"[We were] in Mexico, at this big house. The back of the house had no walls and no doors; it was just open [and facing] the ocean. You would think he would want the mic enclosed and all that but we just had the doors open, and it came out perfect. That inspired me to record like that at the crib."

He reveals that the massive collab alongside West, Rihanna and McCartney is going to be on the album and it's going to be released "soon." They apparently just recorded the video according to Griffin.
