The Rolling Stones have announced a summer tour that kicks off May 24 in San Diego and ends July 15 in Quebec City. The Zip Code Tour will span 15 cities in North America, including Atlanta June 9, Nashville June 17 and Detroit July 8. Tickets for the dates will be available April 13 through the band's website. A reissue of Sticky Fingers is also on the way.

"We are excited to be back in North America playing stadiums this summer! We are looking forward to being back on stage and playing your favorite songs," Mick Jagger wrote on the website.

The band promised classic hits as well as some "special gems." Fans can also expect "ground-breaking sets," "video screens" and "special effects that will enhance the high-octane experience of attending a live Stones show."

The Rolling Stones also announced the reissue of their 1971 LP Sticky Fingers. The re-release will include outtakes from the recording sessions in addition to some live cuts from the era. The original tracklist featured classic Stones tunes like "Wild Horses," "Can't You Hear Me Knocking" and "Brown Sugar."

Jon Landau wrote about the album for Rolling Stone.

"If Sticky Fingers suffers from any one thing it's its own self-defeating calculating nature," he wrote. "Its moments of openness and feeling are too few: its moments where I know I should be enjoying it but am not, too great."

The publication ranked the album No. 64 in its list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.
