Britney Spears had a bit of a tumble on stage last night (April 29) during her Piece of Me performance in Las Vegas. During her up-tempo version of the smash '90s hit "(You Drive Me) Crazy," the "Pretty Girls" singer slipped and fell, effectively twisting her ankle in the process.
In fan captured video (posted by People), Spears dons a sparkling bodysuit and high heels for her dance remix of "Crazy." For almost the entire duration of the performance, the 33-year-old singer is on point, but near the end of the show, she and her dancers gather in a line and jump in place. As Spears attempts to reemerge to the front of the stage, she lands on her angle and falls to the ground.
During the video captured, Spears does not yet recover from her injury.

After the video hit the Internet, Spears' fans fired off on Twitter wondering whether or not the superstar was OK. But, she soon logged online to assure everyone that the little slip was no big deal.

It's unknown how severe the injury is or whether or not it will affect upcoming performances of Piece of Me. Spears is next set to take the Vegas stage on Friday, May 1.
