Justin Bieber's trial date has been set for March 3 by a Miami-Dade County judge. As previously reported, the pop star was arrested last month for a DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license. According to Billboard, Bieber has already pleaded not guilty to the three misdemeanors. He will be officially arraigned on February 14.

The 19-year-old year and R&B singer Khalil Amir Sharieff were arrested January 23 in Miami Beach after police pulled them over for speeding in a pair of rented sports cars. Bieber allegedly cursed out the officer, and a toxicology report later found he had traces of marijuana and Xanax in his system.

This is one of many legal battles the star is dealing with at the moment. He now seems to be on radar for law enforcement. Over the weekend, the pop star's plane was detained in New Jersey and searched for marijuana, though nothing was found. According to TMZ, U.S. Customs have flagged Bieber to be searched upon entering or leaving the United States. They say he'll receive a "thorough search and then exhaustive questioning."
