Anytime popular ballad "Landslide" is performed by Fleetwood Mac on tour, Stevie Nicks delegates a unique dedication each time.  This time the seasoned rocker honored Dave Grohl during their headline set at Isle of Wight Festival on June 14.

The Foo Fighters front man and rock-and-roll icon took a tumble off stage during their June 12 set in Sweden, leading to a broken leg. The band finished the remainder of their show, with Grohl still performing from a chair while a cast was applied to his leg, but was eventually left no choice but to cancel the next two shows.

Fleetwood Mac recently found themselves in a similar debacle, forced to cancel dates in Birmingham and Manchester before the Isle of Wight Festival due to health reasons. However, the classic line-up of Mick Fleetwood, Stevie Nicks, Christine McVie, Lindsey Buckingham and John McVie appeared on stage at the festival for a 20-song set spanning their most admired tracks.

Upon launching into the 1975 classic "Landslide," Nicks praised Grohl for his "the show must go on" mentality. "I'd like to dedicate this to Dave Grohl." Nicks told the audience, notes NME. "Falling off stage, getting up and playing a two-and-a-half-hour set, I think that's awesome."

Other artists flocked to social media to express their admiration for Grohl and his decision to jam through the pain. Aside from countless fans, Ryan Good, Ed Sheeran, Rob Thomas and other musicians noted wrote to Grohl, calling him a "legend" and a "hero."

Grohl and Nicks have previously combined their talents, working together for years. The "Rhiannon" singer appeared alongside Grohl's side project, The Sound City Players, on The Late Show With David Letterman. The two performed "Landslide" together during 2013's SXSW Festival and Nicks tributes Grohl for his assistance in completing the 2013 documentary, In Your Dreams. "I said to Dave, 'I'm heartsick because my record is dead,'" Nicks told Ultimate Classic Rock. " I'm so disillusioned with the music business.'" He then drove her to release it to the public.
