Arcade Fire has already gotten into the streaming services game, and now it seems as though the Canadian arena rockers are releasing a movie. Today (July 15), news broke than Win Butler, Regine Chassagne and co. will be releasing their first ever feature film this fall, fittingly entitled The Reflektor Tapes.

Arcade Fire Tube reports that a website, thereflektortapes.com, and a trailer were released for The Reflektor Tapes earlier this morning before both were no longer live.

However, in footage that was seen, it seems as though The Reflektor Tapes will follow the writing, recording and touring process behind Arcade Fire's 2013 album Reflektor. The band notably returned to Chassagne's home country Haiti to work on the follow-up to its Grammy award winning album The Suburbs

According to a statement from the band, The Reflektor Tapes will be more than another concert documentary. Instead, it will act as a "unique cinematic experience, meeting at the crossroads of documentary, music, art and personal history." It was directed by Kahlil Joseph.

The movie is due for a Sept. 24 release date in theaters nationwide, nearly two years after the release of Reflektor.

Though The Reflektor Tapes will mark Arcade Fire's first actual film, on Halloween 2014 the band released a faux horror film Festi with some help from Fleet Foxes, Andrew Garfield and The National.
