Both sides of the Jackson Family/AEG Live lawsuit are courting Conrad Murray, the doctor convicted of manslaughter for administering a fatal dose of propofol to Michael Jackson, to testify on behalf of their side. But Murray has apparently had enough, and warned both halves that he could destroy either case with information he's withheld thus far.

"Consider this an imminent, nuclear warning," he said, comparing the effects of his information to the destruction of a weapon of mass destruction. "I have no further tolerance for lies, for your deception, nor your insolence."

Murray was originally subpoenaed to testify on behalf of Katherine Jackson's legal team earlier in 2013, but he pled the fifth out of concern that he might incriminate himself in other legal issues. The former doctor is planning his own appeal to his manslaughter charges and he is attempting to remain untwined from the current proceedings. AEG has also shown interest in bringing Murray to the stand to testify that Michael was a drug addict, to prove that his death was his own fault and not the concert promoter's.

Murray suggests that his information would effect either of the two sides equally, but his hint at the end of the message seems to suggest that it will alter the Jackson family case more so.

"It's time to speak the truth, be honest," he said before ending the recording. "Tell the world that Michael had severed relationships with every member of his extended  family before he passed."

Katherine's $40 billion lawsuit rests largely on the argument that the Jacksons depended on Michael for financial assistance and was a "doting" son to his mother. Murray seems to think otherwise.
