The new Young Money compilation album Rise Of An Empire is only four days away, and in anticipation of the star-filled release, Young Money head Lil Wayne dropped his solo contribution to the album, "Moment" yesterday (March 6).
Starting off with a woozy intro beat and some slurred, mildly strained lines from Weezy, the track is a slow burning build, gathering momentum through each verse in both the power of the beat and the strength of Lil Wayne's flow and volume.
As logic would follow, the choruses of this song are truly power-packed, with Lil Wayne's vocals reaching new highs, new amounts of strain and a proper amount of intensity.
He then sizzles down, creating a simply infectious tune that rivals some of his best work, and this track is sure to be a true standout on Rise Of An Empire.
