We've got good news and bad news for Chief Keef fans. The bad news has pretty much blown over already so we might as well talk about that first: The rapper was arrested on March 5 for DUI, but managed to keep the news under wraps until TMZ leaked the story on Monday.

Keef was pulled over while driving in his Highland Park neighborhood north of Chicago when he was pulled over by police because he had expired tags on his vehicle. The officers reported that the vehicle smelled of marijuana, and Keef didn't try to hide it, admitting that he had smoked before getting in the vehicle. The emcee also failed a field sobriety test.

The arrest resulted in a number of charges for Keef, who's already on probation: Marijuana usage is still illegal in Illinois, driving under the influence, driving with expired tags, driving with a suspended license, and driving with no proof of insurance. If the sobriety test indicated Keef was drinking and smoking, then he'll also get busted for underage consumption (he's 18). A bad day to say the least.

The case becomes more head-slap-worthy when you realize Keef had only been out of court-ordered rehabilitation for pot addiction for two weeks. Keef again demonstrated his commitment to reform a few days later by posting an Instagram selfie of himself lighting up at his home.

In his defense, his mug shot is excellent. He took heed from the examples set by both Justin Bieber and Tom DeLay.

The good news is that Keef also released his new music video, for the track "Make It Count." The video features alternates between shots of Keef on and around his couch. As the title refers to making bullets count, we shouldn't be surprised that the rapper spends much of the time playing with a semi-automatic. His living room also features charming John James Audubon-style portraits of firearms.
