Blake Shelton is opening up about his life after his high profile divorce from Miranda Lambert. Despite the recent turmoil in his personal life, the The Voice coach once again brushed off all those rehab and unhealthy lifestyle rumors, insisting that he's doing well and even noting that his recent weight loss came from a surprising place.

In an interview with CMT, Shelton said that he's "in a good place" after his shocking divorce news. "I wasn't but I am now. It's amazing how quickly life can turn around for you. I've had some pretty cool things in recent times that've happened and I'm loving it," he admitted.

Shelton, who has also noticeably lost about 20 pounds in the wake of his divorce, said that he's not necessarily doing a traditional diet or exercise, per se, but he is getting quite the workout from some major landscaping.

"I would like to sit here and tell you that I've been exercising, but I haven't been," he said. "I push-mow my lawn because I'm so stupid that -- I mean -- I've made enough money at this point, I could have a riding lawn mower or even better yet, just hire somebody to come mow my lawn. But it's like, you know, we had all this rain in Oklahoma, the first part of the year, like an unbelievable amount and one day, in the middle of crisis and chaos with my personal life, I walked out and I was just thinking, like, 'What's going on in my life? I mean, it's just so cra- what the hell is going on with my yard!?"

Shelton then admitted that he mowed his "three-foot" tall grass himself, leading to some stunning weight loss.
