It hasn't quite been the best month for Chris Brown. The 24-year-old R&B singer landed himself back in jail after getting kicked out of rehab (for the second time) and his highly anticipated duet with good girl Ariana Grande was delayed until further notice. Despite all the personal and professional drama in Brown's life, he still managed to drop a new single and music video today (March 24). From his sixth studio album X, Brown dropped "Loyal," featuring rap bigwigs Lil Wayne and Tyga.

The music video is incredibly simplistic in nature, and HipHollywood reports that Brown directed the clip himself. Filmed on the Universal Studio's CityWalk in Los Angeles, "Loyal" was filmed between anger management rehab stints for Brown last month.

Largely made up of bright lights and scantily clad women, "Loyal" of course features plenty of dancing from Brown and crew, something the singer is exceedingly gifted at. He glides easily across the boardwalk, with Michael Jackson moves and plenty of swift tricks of the hands and legs.

It's hip-hop dancing at its most graceful, really.

Other scenes in the music video feature Brown, Weezy and Tyga gawking at bodacious women, as Brown sings degradingly about them (but such is the nature of hip-hop, more or less). Group shots give the clip a party-filled atmosphere and the whole thing feels like a celebratory good time featuring Brown's music.

"Loyal" is the lead single from Brown's upcoming new album X, which is due to hit stores May 5.
