On Dec. 11, Lady Gaga was honored as Woman of the Year during Billboard's Women in Music Event. After news broke that she spoke of gender bias in the music industry, referring to it as "a f*cking boys club," the pop star's full speech has finally been revealed via Lifetime's live broadcast.

The singer turned actress first sat at the piano to deliver a gripping rendition of her latest single, "Til It Happens To You" just before receiving the famed award from her own mother, Cynthia Germanotta, The Huffington Post notes. The latest track was written for a film called The Hunting Ground, which focuses on rape on school campus' and bringing it to the public eye. Gaga herself recently admitted that she was a victim of rape when she was 19 years old.

"I don't think I've ever dreamed of anything more than being a performer. I don't really know why," Gaga said before becoming overcome with tears. "I'm a very emotional person," she explained. "I never thought anything like this would've ever happened to me or my family."

The "Poker Face" singer continued to detail her own person journey through life and her ever-growing career. She then focused on sexism in the music industry, calling it a "f*cking boys club" and then quickly apologizing to her grandma for her foul language. She continued to thank both her follower and haters for their support and motivation to keep making music and to prove people wrong.

"Support your children in making music. If they have a creative instinct, don't ask them to deny it, because it will make them so sad and depressed. It's part of your life destiny if you're born with that gene. I am so grateful to my parents that they didn't deny me my right to express myself at a young age - thank you," Gaga said to the audience.
