It has been a while since we have heard anything new from Faith Hill. It is mostly her husband Tim McGraw who is doing the heavy lifting when it comes to stardom at the moment. She is one of country music's female legends, however.
She has sang songs that millions of people still chime in with every day over the radio waves. Songs like "Mississippi Girl" remind the world of a day where Faith Hill ruled the radio. She has taken on the roll of a mother now. Her and Tim McGraw are very family orientated, so it is no surprise that she is taking a bit of a break in order to tend to the flock so to speak.
As of right now it would appear that there are no, and there probably will not be any tour dates in the near future. In fact, if you visit her website and click on the link for her tour, you will find nothing but a picture of the songstress and a large empty box that was filled years ago. Maybe someday soon the talented woman will return to the stage, but for now she is on a bit of a hiatus.
Her news updates happen every once in a while. She has her most recent one a couple weeks ago plugging a concert for her hubby that happened on July 26. It is old news now, but the fact that her website is still being updated is a good indication that she may return to the country stage eventually! That is something that all of her fans can possibly look forward to.
