Savages released their sophomore album Adore Life in late January of 2016 through Matador Records, receiving plenty of critical acclaim and success already, but a recent performance on CBS's The Late Show with Stephen Colbert is sure to catapult them into rock n' roll prowess this year. The United Kingdom post-punk four-piece put on an incredible show of their song "Adore" for the late night TV audience, which you can watch below.
The musicianship of Savages is hard to ignore. Structured drums, soaring guitars and mesmerizing bass lines are accompanied by frontwoman Jehnny Beth's powerful vocals and lyrics. If you don't listen to this band, "Adore" is a song that will get you hooked.
