Snoop Dogg is obviously one of the biggest hip-hop artists in the world, but his passion for the sport of football has also defined his life. He runs his own youth football league, the Snoop Youth Football League, which is getting its own documentary series entitled Coach Snoop on AOL, premiering on May 19, 2016. Watch a trailer for this 9-episode series below.

The rapper recently teamed with Adidas to make some football cleats earlier this year. Check out our previous coverage of this news here.

"Music was a great way for me to introduce myself to people," Snoop says in this new trailer (via Rolling Stone / The Smoking Section). "But my true calling is to be a mentor. There's more to the world than just those four blocks that they live on. This is what great men do. We don't do it for the money, we do it for the love."
