In the preview for the upcoming episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kim Kardashian West angrily explains why she decided to slam Taylor Swift due to how she reacted to Kanye West's "Famous" song. The reality TV star then accused the pop princess of playing the victim once again just to get attention.

The episode, which will air on Sunday, July 17, will feature a conversation Kardashian had with her older sister Kourtney when she explained why she publicly ranted about Swift during her interview with GQ, according to Us Magazine.

In that interview, Kardashian talked about Swift's angry reaction after she was mentioned in West's controversial "Famous" track from the album The Life of Pablo. Although Swift had made it clear that she felt disrespected by West and his song, Kardashian revealed that the pop star had given her approval to be mentioned in the track before it was officially released.

According to West's wife, despite giving her permission and knowing about the whole thing, Swift still decided to play the victim in order to get attention.

"I never talk sh*t about anyone publicly, especially in interviews," Kardashian tells her sister Kourtney in the preview clip. "But I was just, like, I had so had it. ... I, like, wanted to defend him in it. She legitimately quote says, 'As soon as I get on that Grammy red carpet I'm gonna tell all the press. Like, I was in on it."

The reality TV superstar then talked about the first time Swift played the victim after West interrupted her acceptance speech during MTV Video Music Awards in 2009. Kardashian noted that the strategy worked well for the "Shake It Off" singer at that time due to the support and sympathy she received from her fans and the music industry.
