Drake just dropped two news songs, namely, "God's Plan" and "Diplomatic Immunity." Both songs, which are part of his Scary Hours project, are available on all music platforms.

"God's Plan" and "Diplomatic Immunity" mark Drake's first two songs since his March 2017 album, More Life, was released. The two tracks are very different in terms of tune and theme. "God's Plan" is more upbeat while "Diplomatic Immunity" has an orchestra feel to it.

Fans of Drake are all excited to hear his two new songs. One of them said that the singer is better than anyone else's favorite artist. Another Drake fan dubbed "Diplomatic Immunity" as "lit."

Drake's Announcement

Drake announced the arrival of his two new songs via his social media account on Friday, Jan. 19. The singer shared a photo of a black, white and red Scary Hours label to his 39.2 million Instagram followers. In June, Drake released his song, "Signs," and it was launched during Louis Vuitton's show at the Paris Fashion Week.

Last year, Drake teamed up with Metro Boomin and Offset song "No Complaints." He also sang alongside DJ Khaled in his track, "To The Max." His other songs include "Hotline Bling," "One Dance," "Fake Love," "Passionfruit," "Started From The Bottom," "No Frauds" and more.

Drake's Movie Career

Other than making music, Drake has also expressed his desire to star in movies. He previously produced The Carter Effect, a film that chronicled the life of NBA legend Vince Carter. The rapper is also producing Netflix's Top Boy series. He has also partnered with Anonymous Content's Steve Golin and studio A24 for another movie.

"Being a young black guy, I think there's definitely the chance you get typecast. But I also have been pretty adamant about showing range. I try to show it through different outlets, like Saturday Night Live, showing people that I can be funny. When I get back into acting, I want to do things that make people go, 'Wow, I didn't expect that,'" said Drake.

Did Drake Date Jennifer Lopez?

In 2017, Drake and Jennifer Lopez worked on new music together. However, their rumored track has not yet been released. Drake mentioned Lopez in his song "Free Smoke," which is part of his More Life playlist. After being spotted in the studio a couple of times, Drake and Lopez were linked to each other romantically.

"They seem to really like and respect each other, but it's early," said a source in March.

Weeks later, Lopez was linked to Alex Rodriguez, and they later on confirmed that they were dating. Drake is still single at the moment.
