One Direction dating rumors are always a big thing but fans shouldn't get too excited about the boy band appearing in a joint article with actress and model Rosie Huntington-Whitley for the Glamour magazine music issue.
Huntington-Whitley is currently dating actor Jason Statham, but that didn't mean the boys from the band didn't get to appear up-close and personal with her during the photo shoot. One Direction and the "Transformers" actress pose in a buddy-buddy group hug on the cover, and in the article Huntington-Whitley lies across the laps of the seated group while wearing a less than modest dress. The boys all hold their up hands to demonstrate their innocence, which is probably a good idea. You don't want a jealous Jason Statham coming after you.
"We have a connection that has nothing to do with age," Huntington-Whitley said of her relationship. "Work comes and goes, but if you have someone at home who thinks you're the greatest person in the world, that keeps you going."
One might imagine that One Direction is pretty relaxed around women, what with all the female attention they get at any public appearance.
"I'm not the best at talking to women," said group member Liam Payne. "When you're with someone like Rosie, it's a bit more difficult. I was like, I don't really know what to say, so I'm just gonna kind of stand here and try to be cool."
Huntington-Whitley seems to lean toward the older men anyway. Her quotes suggest she found One Direction adorable, if anything.
