Gwen Stefani is following Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, and Britney Spears to Las Vegas. The former The Voice coach will kick off her residency this summer.

The 49-year-old recently announced I'm Just a Girl, a series of concerts that will take place in Zappos Theater in Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. She is expected to perform some of her greatest hits from almost four decades of making music.

"To be able to do a show in Vegas is such an incredible honor. Growing up in Anaheim, California, I could never have imagined one day having my own Vegas residency," the "Hollaback Girl" said in a statement. "I have been so fortunate to tour throughout my career, but to create a show for Vegas is something I've never experienced and I can't wait."

The Zappos Theater can accommodate up to 7,000 people. It is currently hosting Lopez who will conclude her residency in May. Previous performers include Backstreet Boys, Pitbull, and American Idol judge, Lionel Richie.

As for Stefani's turn on the stage, the singer will begin performing on June 27. Her scheduled concerts will extend until July. More shows are also scheduled throughout December, February, and March.

Tickets will go on sale on Friday, April 13, at Ticketmaster or Planet Hollywood's box office. Stefani, promoter Live Nation, and Caesars Entertainment have agreed to donate $1 from every ticket sold throughout the Las Vegas residency to the Cure 4 the Kids Foundation.

According to a source, the mother of three had considered the residency for quite some time before she finally said yes. Stefani had to discuss the opportunity with her boyfriend Blake Shelton.

"Blake felt she should take it. He wants her to express herself through music and grow as an artist. He thinks it's a great career move," the unnamed insider revealed. "This is a great opportunity and her fans will love that!"

Shelton promised to visit Stefani often in Sin City to prod her to take the gig but, of course, her main focus is her young kids. The source added that the singer is very close to Kingston, 11, Zuma, 9, and Apollo, 4 and she wanted to make sure that the kids are comfortable.

Blake Shelton To Babysit For Her?

Hollywood Life reported that Shelton has volunteered to babysit the kids while their mom pursues a major career move in Las Vegas.

"Her kids will be with her and around often backstage, but there will also be plenty of times when Blake will be on some babysitting duties and he is more than excited to be in 'dad mode' when Gwen is working," another source shared. "He is going to use the time to have fun and spoil them. Plus, her kids are used to her schedule and these Vegas commitments will not be a cause for concern in any way with ex Gavin [Rosdale], Blake or the kids. All that has been taken care of and everyone is excited."
