It is time to dust off the acoustic guitars because Jason Mraz has returned with a new album in time for the summer season.

The singer-songwriter appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live to perform his new optimistic new single, "Have It All."

Jason Mraz's New Music

The song is the first single from his upcoming album titled Know due to be released on Aug. 10. He first released "Have It All," accompanied with an equally bright and pleasant music video, in April.

At the same television appearance, Mraz also performed "I'm Yours," perhaps his biggest hit that entered the Top of the Billboard Hot 100 when it was first released back in 2008. The Grammy-winning artist is also known for the songs "I Won't Give Up," "Lucky," and "The Remedy (I Won't Worry)."

Earlier this month, he also released a music video for his second single, "Might As Well Dance." The black and white music video featured actual footages from his own wedding.

The 41-year-old secretly married his longtime girlfriend, Christina Carano, surrounded by close friends and family in a private ceremony in Virginia in 2015.

Jason Mraz New Album

In an interview with Star, the renowned singer-songwriter assured that Know will have the same upbeat and positive vibe of his previous hits.

"It is in alignment with everything else I've produced. I don't bend ruled, I don't change my style," he explained. "So there'll just be more love songs and more nuggets of wisdom to keep us happy and healthy!"

The reason why Mraz remains true to his sound despite the world around him changing is that he puts his heart into his music. Like "Have It All," "I'm Yours," and his other hits, he, too, is a very positive person.

"I use my music as a way to practice what I am thinking and doing in life," said the performer. "So in the music that I make, I put into it the ingredients and the thoughts and wisdom and knowledge that I have acquired or heard in my life. I put it together in a song so that when I sing it, I can always drink that medicine of love, forgiveness, hope, patience, and peace. The positivity (in my music) really does extend from my own seeking."

Know is scheduled to be released on Aug. 10. He is also in the middle of a tour and will next perform in Chicago on July 21.
