Britney Spears may ruin the chances of winning the abolishment of her conservatorship because of one major thing she keeps doing during hearings.

A legal expert named Dave Aronberg believes that the Princess of Pop's accusations against her dad, Jamie Spears, will affect the next steps in her case.

Just recently, Britney was given the signal to hire her lawyer. The 39-year-old chose Hollywood legal powerhouse Matthew S. Rosengart   after accusing her dad of "conservatorship" abuse during her second testimony on July 14.

The "Womanizer" hitmaker said she wants her dad investigated as he is the co-conservator of her estate and even claimed that the entire conservatorship has "ruined" her life.

During her second appearance and testimony, she followed her initial accusations from her June 23 statement. She claimed that the conservatorship is blocking her from getting married to her boyfriend, Sam Asghari.

The singer also claimed that she was prohibited from removing the IUD inside her body to have a baby.

However, her dad denies any involvement with the "restrictions" he allegedly placed on his daughter.

But according to Dave Aronberg, who spoke to Hollywood Life, Britney Spears' accusations against her dad may affect her case.

Speaking of the "conservatorship abuse" Britney alleges, he explained that the word is such a broad term which could also mean Jamie "acted poorly."

"Even if that is abuse, and I think it is, doesn't mean it's a crime," Dave said of the forced birth control or the personal decisions being made under the law, as well as using her money on attorney fees, are all allowed under the law.

So far, Britney charges her father, Dave, said that the "Toxic" hitmaker should have solid proof of abuse.

"There could be some civil causes of action, but as far as getting criminal, there has to be a specific criminal statute that he violated."

However, it may be impossible not to give the world-renowned performer and exit evaluation, as she asked the judge in her first appearance in court.

According to Dave, that procedure is standard. It's essential to have medical evaluations and reviews, but he doesn't think this will be a big issue.

But when asked if Britney chose the right lawyer, Dave said, "This is the right move for her."
