A day after Young Thug was arrested over gang-related criminal activity, an old video of the hip-hop star Wallo with the rapper resurfaced, which fans think is very timely considering the recent fiasco.

While social media has been buzzing after Young Thug was arrested and Gunna was involved in a grand jury indictment, one particular video trended on Twitter after it almost hinted at the rapper's arrest.

Wallo Predicted Young Thug's Arrest in an Old Interview?

The Philadelphia native Wallo co-hosts the podcast "Million Dollaz Worth Of Game," where the trending video came from.

In an episode aired exactly a year ago, Wallo offered some sage advice to Thugger and every rapper in the room at the time.

In the first part of the 2-minute video, Wallo recounted how his time in prison had made him who he is right now.

Wallo apparently spent five years in juvenile detention centers before spending 20 years in the penitentiary.

"When I'm warning you, I'm speaking from a place to tryna get nigg*s some real games. 'Cuz imma tell you some shit, it's lonely m***********g in there. And when life goes on, your family dyin," he shared.

The room seemed to be packed with black rappers and artists in the video, listening graciously to Wallo's gems.

"You rappers, the artists, if you don't want to be an artist, take it to the streets. But don't bring the dumb s**t and the game trying to prove that you're a real n***a. While you're proving that you're a real n***a, you're gonna finesse yourself out of a position and out of an opportunity that can change your family and generations in your family's life. Ya'll get that n***as never got Thug," he continued.

Although the video might not have explicitly predicted the recent events that happened to Thug, fans believed that if he had followed the exact advice that Wallo said, he might have avoided getting arrested.

Young Thug Arrested, Gunna Indicted in Gang-Related Criminal Activity

The "Just How It Is" rapper was among the 28 other people charged in a 56-count grand jury indictment that involved the alleged street gang YSL (Young Slime Life).

Gunna was among the people who were indicted. Reports have also circulated linking to YSL gang members asking Young Thug's permission to proceed with the now-attempted murder of YFN Lucci last March 2022.
