Britney Spears scores both a new home and a husband in a span of one week.

Britney Spears is constructing the ideal new life after her conservatorship and no one can stop her.

Prenup, Wedding, and a House

Following her June 9 wedding to actor and model Sam Asghari, the "Toxic" singer bought a magnificent mansion to complete her happiness. Weirdly, it is located nearby her ex-husband's house. This can be practical though, given the fact that they share children.

According to a TMZ source, the pop diva has already purchased the new home for $11.8 million and moved out of her Thousand Oaks residence.

The approximately 12,000-square-foot estate is close to the residence of her ex-husband Kevin Federline, where her boys Sean (16) and Jayden (15) also reside. The move follows reports that Britney Spears and Sam executed a binding prenuptial agreement to protect her assets.

It is also situated on 1.6 acres of land in exclusive Calabasas, a posh neighborhood shared by Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian.

It was reportedly as early as March when Britney and Sam began searching for a "permanent home." The purchase did not happen overnight.

This home is said to be a "lifelong home" in Britney's vision.

House is Unusual

What's interesting about it is that it is not really the best that her money could buy. Despite having the means to purchase mansions, she wanted this house because it is more spacious and amenable for her to grow old in.

"She has lived in super mansions and has woken up to views that others could only dream of. She knows she can build or buy anything she wanted, really. She has the money. But Britney doesn't want a brand-new state-of-the-art modern mansion," the source told Hollywood Life

The source even shared that Britney wanted something idyllic that she could shape for her own interests and those of her family, including planting, riding horses, and letting her pets run free.

It's unclear whether Sam wanted the same, because the report focused mainly on what Britney wanted. It is also not clear whether the money used to purchase the house is shared by them.

The new acquisition is the next stage in a long-awaited opportunity to recover her life. In November, Britney was finally released from a conservatorship that had placed her father, Jamie Spears, in charge of her life and finances for more than 13 years. Britney became engaged to her longtime boyfriend Sam in September, and this week they held a magnificent, star-studded wedding at her Thousand Oaks estate.

Britney's move also follows her ex-husband Jason Alexender's weird Instagram broadcast of him breaking into her home in an attempt to crash her wedding. Britney and Sam have gotten a temporary restraining order against Jason.
