Shania Twain Cancels Show Due to Health Problems

A few days ago, Twain shocked fans by announcing that her June 22 show was canceled due to health problems.

Taking to her social media accounts, the country star said she woke up and felt "unwell with no voice." At the time, doctors ordered her to rest and not sing.

"Nothing makes me happier than being on stage and performing for you so I'm extremally disappointed to cancel tonight's show," she said. (via CMT)

The singer assured fans that she would do her best to perform this weekend.

Fans who already purchased tickets will be automatically refunded back to them.

Shania Twain's "Let's Go" Las Vegas residency kicked off on December 6, 2019. The shows were supposed to run until 2021 but got canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The show finally resumed two years after its cancelation in December 2021.

This isn't her first residency, as she already embarked on a series of shows at the Caesars Palace from 2012 to 2014 for her "Shania: Still The One" residency.

Following this, she went on her "Rock This Country" tour in 2015 and "Now Tour" in 2018.

According to Las Vegas Magazine, Twain performs some of her biggest hits in her recent residency, like "Rock This Country!" "Life's About to Get Good," "Don't Be Stupid (You Know I Love You)," "Come On Over," and many more.

She closes her shows with "(If You're Not In It For Love) I'm Outta Here!" and "Man! I Feel Like a Woman!"
