Nicki Minaj Essence Festival Performance Not Aired On Hulu

Barbz, as Nicki Minaj's fans call themselves, were fuming last night after their head barbie's performance was not aired on Hulu, as promised by the festival.

Fans were particularly angry because Nicki Minaj's Essence Festival performance was used to promote the streamed viewing - which fans thought to be a guarantee to subscribe to the streaming platform.

But Barbz were very resourceful. Lucky fans who have caught the news online helped and live-streamed the performance on various social media platforms, including Instagram Live.
