Judd Berstein, Nicki Minaj's lawyer has also released a firm pushback on Nosey Heaux.

"Marley Green is a disgrace-someone so lacking in fundamental decency that she has posted vile comments about Nicki's 1-year-old son. When this case is over, she will no longer be permitted to use the name "Nosey Heaux" because we will take her trademark from her when she does not have enough money to pay the judgment," Berstein told the publication.

Meanwhile, Green, in her latest Tweet, pushes that Nicki Minaj lied, sharing the TMZ article that initially reported the lawsuit.

Nicki Minaj is suing Marley Green for defamation and is demanding $75,000 in damages made against her.

Green said in one of her tweets that she was being harassed and was sent death threats by Nicki Minaj's fans shortly after the video of her scathing remarks towards the rapper.
