Nicki Minaj's fans, popularly known as Barbz, are catching heat on social media as a YouTube content creator revealed that she's planning to file charges against online users who allegedly harassed and threatened her; what happened?

According to Uproxx, a YouTuber named Kimberly Nicole Foster owns a channel called "For Harriet," a platform that mainly celebrates the "fullness of Black womanhood."
The issue began when the woman tweeted about the rapper last week, saying "Nicki is so clearly a horrible person. Negativity sticks to her like glue. Idk if we've ever seen before."

Foster told The Daily Beast that some of the comments she received at first was "normal, annoying stuff," until it took a darker turn when some fans allegedly became more aggressive with their words to the point that they threatened her with kidnapping and wishes her to be raped.
Amid the drama, there was a time when Foster shared a tweet about going to her niece's school then a fan reportedly replied that her relative would be "collateral damage."
In addition, the woman sugggests that Nicki Minaj herself added fuel to the fire by liking the replies of her fans which was shown in a video that she quote-retweeted.
Elsewhere in the interview, Foster noted that "There's an understanding among the Barbz that the harder they go for her, there's more of an opportunity for her to recognize them."
Regarding her legal move, the YouTube content creator is still gathering more information about the fans who allegedly sent her hate messages and their IP addresses.
As of this writing, Nicki Minaj has not publicly addressed the matter.
Nicki Minaj Files a Lawsuit Against a Blogger
In early reports, Nicki Minaj is currently focusing on a lawsuit that she filed against a gossip blogger named Nosey Heaux after sharing a video of herself saying that the rap royalty is a "cokehead."
At first, she made a disclaimer, saying Minaj doing drugs is "alleged," but she backtracked and said that the public "know it's true."
In addition, the social media blogger, whose real name is Marley Green, also allegedly addressed the rapper's one-year-old baby, saying he's "going to be a rapist, too," pertaining to his dad Kenneth Petty's 1995 rape conviction.
