It's been years since the last time Spice Girls got together for a concert and it appears that they will be hitting the big stage soon as teased by Sporty Spice; will Victoria Beckham join them this time?

Speaking to ET Online, Mel C, whose real name is Melani Chisholm, can't believe the famous girl group is celebrating their 25th anniversary this year.

She noted that it was a fun run having to share the success with her bandmates as they already amassed massive success like "Spice World," their movie, and their previous albums.

Teasing about a potential tour comeback, Sporty Spice said they did a similar thing in 2021 when they went to their archives to look for unreleased music, leading them to drop the project "Spice: The First Album."

Now that they will be releasing a new album, they found live performances which have all been remastered and "beautifully packaged" and it's fun for them to take a trip to memory lane and enjoy their old songs.

Spice Girls Returning to the Stage Soon?

Teasing fans about a potential tour, Mel C said they are "constantly talking" about performing again because it's a "matter of time."

The last time they gathered together for a reunion tour was in 2019, but they were only able to perform around the United Kingdom as the COVID-19 restricted them and many artists months later.

"We are constantly talking about opportunities and getting back out there. It's just going to be a matter of time. It's something we do want to do, and I think especially with all these lovely anniversaries we're celebrating," she told interviewer Nischelle Turner.

Fans should expect a lot of things from Spice Girls as Sporty Spice reveals that there are "loads of fun stuff" and bits of pieces that they're currently planning on doing.

Mel C is looking forward to going back on tour again, especially in the United States as they always had an "incredible fan base" in the country.

Regarding Victoria Beckham AKA Posh Spice's participation, the singer said they're only four on board at the moment, but they would love their former bandmate to join them because the offer is always there and she's always invited to join them.

The vocalist later added that Beckham is still a part of their band even though she's not involved in their recent projects.

"We're still very much a five piece, like behind the scenes," she additionally says.

As of this writing, there are still no official tour dates or announcements about a Spice Girls comeback tour.
