It appears that there's a ray of hope for some Swifties after all following the Ticketmaster fiasco surrounding Taylor Swift's upcoming "The Eras" tour as some lucky fans received an email from the ticket-selling website; how did the pop star do it?

According to Rolling Stone, selected supporters of the "Bejeweled" singer reportedly got another chance to purchase tickets for the highly-anticipated show. These fans are said to be a part of the "Verified Fan" pre-sale but weren't able to secure passes.

The e-mail reads "You have been identified as a fan who received a boost during the Verified Fan presale but did not purchase tickets."

Ticketmaster then expressed their apologies regarding the issues in the said e-mail before revealing that Taylor Swift's team was the one behind the opportunity as they reached out to the company.

As of this writing, it's still unsure whether those who received e-mails were guaranteed of tickets. Passes are only limited as they could only request a maximum of two.

Fans only have until December 23 to submit their requests then the ticketing outlet will notify those who were successful.

Swifties who received the message took to Twitter to explain that one of the main reasons they were considered by Ticketmaster was because they purchased merch and passes for the canceled "Lover Fest" show in 2020.

However, not all fans who bought tickets two years ago got a message, as one user wrote, "No email for me :( and I had loverfest tix. Fingers crossed more might be sent out today."

Taylor Swift's 'The Eras' Tour Ticketmaster Fiasco

The recent news comes after the November 15 sale of Ticketmaster's Verified Fan program for the pop star's concert.

The ticket-selling outlet appeared to be unprepared for the situation as millions of fans attempted to purchase passes all at the same time. Many users complained about their website crashing, which led to some fans not getting any tickets at all.

Swift addressed the issue online, calling out Ticketmaster by saying that the company assured her team that they will meet the demand.

The company then issued an apology to the "Paper Rings" hitmaker and her fans, saying they owe it to everyone to share some information regarding the issue to help.
