Fans of Britney Spears should anticipate huge things from her in 2023.

Because the Princess of Pop, who first stated that she would leave her wildly successful profession that she had fought so hard to build since she was a youngster, is apparently considering making a major singing comeback in 2019.

After the popularity of her duet song "Hold Me Closer" with Elton John, the "Baby One More Time" hitmaker is receiving a ton of proposals for new songs and collaborations, according to The Sun.

The 41-year-old singer, who spent 13 years in a controversial conservatorship, is reportedly returning to the recording studio to record new tunes, but this time, she will do so "on her terms and in her time."

According to rumors, Britney Spears' planned memoir will be published in the spring of 2023, right before her music debut.

The "Oops I Did It Again" singer hadn't put out an album since 2016, when she put out "Glory," her eighth album, as was reported.

Britney, who hasn't performed live in the past four years as well, has returned to the studio, but she still doesn't believe she's in the appropriate frame of mind to be performing tours right now.

Fans continued to hold out hope that she would reconsider despite her commitment to stop performing live.

The mother-of-two returned to the studio for Elton, and, according to an insider who talked with the magazine, she found the experience "inspiring and exhilarating."

They said, "There was uncertainty beforehand about how it might feel, given her emotions that she felt pressured by her dad to record under the conservatorship every time."

They continued by saying that Britney is now considering offers to record the vocals for a few tracks.

Additionally, she has been looking at a few potential tracks and working with producers.

Even if she had a bad recording session, Britney truly wants to go back into the studio the next year because she wants to see where it would lead her professionally.

Any music releases would be timed to coincide with the publication of her impending biography by her managers in order to maximize visibility for the releases.

"Britney recording is one thing, but stepping out and playing live is a world removed from her mental space right now," the insider continued.

The "Lucky" singer is still experiencing anxiety despite the fact that he is no longer under conservatorship. This is a result of her sentiments and experiences from her Las Vegas performances, which were sometimes forced upon her and other times she didn't even want to be there.

Fans will have to wait and watch what Britney does next in the meantime since they have been missing the authentic Britney over the past few years.
