The recent update comes a day after the "Love and War" hitmaker revealed to her 5.5 million followers that she was rushed to the hospital due to shocking symptoms of the flu.

She started her post by clarifying that she wasn't seeking attention but rather wanted to bring awareness to the public about how severe the simple flu can be.

Why Was Tamar Braxton Hospitalized?

Explaining what happened to her, the singer said she was feeling fine when she went out with her friends to go shopping and "doing Christmas fun s***."

However, the following day was not exactly what she anticipated as she had to be transported to the hospital by ambulance. The reason why she was taken to a medical facility was that she couldn't breathe and her chest "was on FIRE!!" leading her to take oxygen.

Concluding her post, the singer said it felt like it was "worse than COVID" in her opinion. She also wished her fans a happy holiday at home and they should be careful as it's contagious.

"I'm completely isolated cause it's hella contagious," she wrote.
