Soulja Boy brought himself into the public eye for the wrong reasons.

Soulja Boy, whose actual name is DeAndre Cortez Way, criticized NBA YoungBoy for starting the "no more violence" movement on Instagram.

On the "Right Foot Creep" singer's since-deleted Instagram post last month emphasizing the need of eliminating violence, he didn't hold back.

Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, also known as YoungBoy, encourages people to place less attention on violence and more emphasis on improving their lives.

He published a video on Instagram last month before deleting his page. He advised young people to stop using violence and instead concentrate on being affluent.

Per DailyRapFacts, "Stop the violence."

"Look at me, I can promise you, it's the biggest side of life. You can be a rich N-word, you heard me?"

In the message, YoungBoy repeated his position and emphasized that violence is "for the birds."

However, Soulja Boy criticized the rapper's "No More Violence" campaign during a recent Instagram Live.

Rapper of "Kiss Me Thru the Phone" actively dissed YoungBoy's use of the term.

The 32-year-old native of Illinois remarked during his address that everyone must eventually pass away and noted that he is one of the few surviving straight rappers in the industry.

Several Twitter users slammed Soulja Boy for his remarks and called them ridiculous when he said them.

One individual believes that since he is already "irrelevant," he is attempting to stir up controversy in order to obtain popularity once more.

"He must take such actions because no one is checking for the music, gaming system, or other items he is now selling."

Another user remarked, "Dude's career is Finished therefore he be around chasing clout."

Another individual criticized Soulja Boy for not showing any concern for the numerous rappers who have perished as a result of violence, including Takeoff of the Migos, who was slain in November 2022, Notorious B.I.G. in 1997, Young Dolph in 2021, and PnB Rock just this year.

In fact, The Conversation reported that rappers are victims of an epidemic of gun violence, and a study by CNN said that gun violence had killed at least one rapper every year since 2018.

"Soulja Boy is a lost soul for claiming that he wants to keep promoting violence and never put a stop to beef. As a result, the circle of death continues," another user posted, "Hope he finds God before it's too late."
