Rolling Stone's 200 Greatest Singers of All Time list has been receiving a lot of controversy from fans and other musicians because many claimed that there are other singers who deserved to be on the list.

More recently, Pleasure P of Pretty Ricky spoke to an outlet outside LAX, saying he wasn't impressed by the list because there was a lot of people missing from it.

Although he clarified that there were musicians who deserved to get spots, adding it was a "hit and miss."

Speaking about his personal insights on who he thought should be added to the list, the R&B star said Anita Baker should be included along with a few others.

"I would have to look at the list again and tell you off the top of my head, but I was like, wow, why not Anita Baker," he told the reporter.

Pleasure P also reacted to one of the most controversial snubs on the list, Celine Dion, saying she has a perfect pitch and never goes off-key whenever she performs.

Rolling Stone's Greatest Singers List Controversy

On January 1st, Rolling Stone released their list of the 200 greatest singers of all time. Many musicians made the cut like Aretha Franklin number one, Whitney Houston, and other legends. There were also new singers like Rosalía.

However, the outlet amassed negative comments on social media after leaving out Celine Dion as she never got a spot on the list.

Jamie Lambert called out the publication, saying not including the French-Canadian singer is "borderline treasonous" because she is "the best" vocal technician of all time. (via CNN Entertainment)

Other legends like Sting, Dionne Warwick, and Diana Ross, were also not included which left some fans disappointed.

Rolling Stone appeared to anticipate the negative comments online as a disclaimer, in the beginning, reads, "Before you start scrolling (and commenting), keep in mind that this is the Greatest Singers list, not the Greatest Voices List,"

In other updates, Celine Dion announced that she would be postponing her tour across Europe as she's struggling with her health and it affected her vocals.

The chanteuse was diagnosed with the stiff-person syndrome, a neurological disorder that affects the nervous system, specifically the brain and spinal cord. The singer has not confirmed whether she would still perform in the future or not.
