SZA and Taylor Swift seemed to be hitting off just fine despite the clash of their fans on Twitter.
Both artists have been in a head-to-head battle since SZA debuted on the charts last December because Swift's "Midnights" and "Anti-Hero" had been ruling the Billboard 200 and Billboard Hot 100 charts, respectively.
The two huge stars were speculated to have been engaged in a silent beef on social media as they released more content to boost their ranking on the coveted charts. Their fans, specifically, have been on each others' throats after Swifties pointed out that one of SZA's producers has shaded Swift in a since-deleted Instagram story after scoring the first No. 1 album of 2023.
But SZA has since squashed the beef, saying this: "Uhh I feel silly that I even have to say this but i see supporters arguing and I hate that . I don't have beef w ANYONE especially not Taylor lmao I genuinely loved her album and the writing! Everyone's jus tryna do their BEST as we all should . LOVE TO EVERYONE. Gn."
But despite this, Swifties and SZA's fans were still catfighting on Twitter, proving that each artist rules each chart independently.
As of this week, SZA's "SOS" is the No. 1 album, while Swift's "Anti-Hero" is the No. 1 song on the chart.

After the announcement of the Billboard Hot 100 Top 10 chart, Swift thanked her fans for the incredible 8th-week feat - her longest rule yet, while also complimenting SZA's album, whose lead single "Kill Bill" is at No. 2 next to "Anti-Hero."
"What on earth I love you guys...PS - been listening to SZA's album nonstop. Absolutely adore her music. So much love and respect for her!!!" Swift said in an Instagram story.
Shortly after, SZA returned the love and reposted the story, complimenting the hitmaker back.
"Congratulations to tay tay! And thank you so much your album and writing is phenomenal ..as ALWAYS," she wrote.
The two are again battling it out for chart domination next week, but it would seem like Miley Cyrus' lead single, "Flowers," is also expected to blossom at the No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts, making it hard for SZA's "Kill Bill" to peak atop.
