Viewers of the star-studded 2023 Grammy Awards revealed their favorite moments online. They posted several messages supporting their favorite musicians, but Affleck outshined all of them because of his brand-new meme.

After the Sad Affleck meme surfaced, Jennifer Lopez's husband sparked a new trend as Twitter users branded him "miserable" and "uninterested" when he attended the ceremony with his presenter wife.

Several clips of the couple, including the "arguing Bennifer" and "bored Affleck," caused laughter online. Fans even urged everyone to save the "Justice League" actor as he was the only one standing stiffly while people around him were dancing and clapping at the ceremony.

After the Sunday event, Lopez posted a video and photo of them together, writing, "Always the best time with my love, my husband."

Sources clarified to Entertainment Tonight that, far from what the memes show, Affleck had a fun date night out at the Grammys.

"Ben was feeling tired," the insider said. "He wanted to go and support Jen, but he wasn't his usual self. Jen had a great time and wanted Ben to be excited to be there, but she understood where he was coming from."

Lopez reportedly ensured they had a good night together despite feeling exhausted because of their projects.

The source added that the "Shotgun Wedding" star knows how supportive Affleck is toward her and her work. Unfortunately, the actor is more of a homebody and does not have a thing to participate in the such event at all times.

Affleck and his representative have not addressed the recent event.

Aside from his less-than-thrilled expressions, Affleck also sparked rumors that he argued with Lopez a little after a viral clip of them showed them having a serious conversation.

"I believe when Ben Affleck whispered into... Jennifer Lopez's ear, she replied with, 'Stop. Look more friendly. Look motivated,'" he told ET. "[Then] she turned away and Ben Affleck shuttered uncomfortably... and [said], 'I might.'"

Previously, Affleck became the subject of "Sad Affleck Meme." He told the Los Angeles Times that, while he found it funny, he was concerned by how his kids would discern it.

The meme came out after he was captured looking somber during a press junket interview for "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" emerged.
