Hailey Bieber has been making headlines over the past few days as many fans have reignited the issue between her and Selena Gomez. More recently, the model made a big move on her social media account after receiving heat from online users.

According to Page Six, Justin Bieber's wife shared a carousel of photos on her Instagram account, but many were wondering why she limited the comment section.

As of this writing, only those users she follows back on the platform are allowed to comment on her post.

Hailey Bieber did not explain why she made the move on the photo-sharing app, but many fans have been sharing their thoughts on different social media websites about her shading Selena Gomez.

The YouTube content creator's recent move comes a few days after the former Disney star took to her TikTok livestream to announce that she would be leaving social media again.

"I'm gonna be taking a second from social media 'cause this is a little silly and I'm 30, I'm too old for this," she told fans.

This isn't the first time the "Only Murders in the Building" actress took a break from social media as she previously went on hiatus for four and a half years, saying she went through a devastating breakup and didn't want to see any comments from fans about her relationship. She also noted that users could get very detailed when it comes to attacking her online as they could write paragraphs that are "so specific and mean."

Although Gomez didn't name Bieber as one of the reasons for her departure online, many fans suspected that it might be after the model seemingly shaded the musician.

It all began when the "Wizards of Waverly Place" actress shared her failed eyebrow lamination. The following day, Kylie Jenner posted a FaceTime screenshot of her and Hailey Bieber zooming in on their eyebrows.

Fans immediately pointed out that the two celebrities were seemingly shading Gomez for what happened to her beauty procedure.

The Kylie Cosmetics founder quickly addressed the issue, saying they weren't shading the singer and they never saw the post about her eyebrows, adding, "you guys are making something out of nothing."

Selena Gomez replied to the beauty mogul's comment, saying she agrees and the drama is unnecessary.
