The new Menudo members are finally unveiled! The next generation of Latin pop boy bands is about to hit the airwaves soon as they have already released their first-ever single.
Early last year, Mario Lopez, with the help of Menudo Productions, announced an open call and virtual auditions for talented young boys to become part of a long line of Latin superstars from the well-known and well-loved boyband.

According to a Billboard report, the 2023 lineup of Menudo members was finally announced.
The five boys were unveiled by Lopez and Menudo Productions after a stringent and rigorous selection process.
10-year-old Nicolas Calero, 12-year-old Ezra Gilmore, 13-year-old Gabriel Rossell, 14-year-old Andres Emilio, and 15-year-old Alejandro Querales will become the new face of Menudo.
And as part of their worldwide launch, the quintet has already released its very first song together, titled "Mi Amore."
The publication reported that this would be part of their upcoming debut album as the 2023 Menudo lineup.

Menudo Members 2023 Selection Process
Last August 2022, Menudo Productions, along with Mario Lopez, called for an open audition for boys aged 12 to 16 years old. They were on the lookout for pre-teens with vast experience in songwriting, singing, dancing, and even acting.
After a rigorous selection process to select the new Menudo members, the production company and Lopez were able to pin down the final five among hundreds of auditionees.
"Deciding on the final five was harder than we ever imagined because there was so much great talent to choose from. The five boys we selected gelled together instantly, and the music they've created has exceeded all of our expectations. I think we have several massive hits, and I'm more excited than ever to introduce these boys to the world in less than three weeks," Lopez said in a statement.
Menudo Members Sharing All Revenue?
In the past, boy bands, and even girl groups, have contested the unfair management and distribution of profits in their own circles. However, what sets this new generation of Menudo members is that they will all be sharing the concert, music, and merchandise revenue, Billboard confirms.
Menudo was instrumental to the success of Latin superstar Ricky Martin, among many other members.
