After announcing that she is finally recovering from back-to-back cosmetic procedures, Doja Cat is now giving more hints as to what her new album is all about.

A Doja Cat new album has been continuously raved about by her fans on social media, but up until now, many seemed to be unsure and skeptical about everything she seemingly reveals about her new album.

Doja Cat New Album 2023

In the past, Doja Cat has been sending the internet crazy because of her conflicting teasers and revelations of what the Doja Cat New album would sound like.

In an interview with Elle Magazine in May 2022, she teased that the Doja Cat new album would be "predominantly rap."

However, the wind shifted when she said in a statement to CR Fashion Book that she would steer away from this and would opt for "90s German rave music" on September of that year too.

Weeks after, she recanted her statements on Twitter, revealing that she was just pranking the outlet on the switching of genres. Shortly after, she clarified that she would be doing "straight r&b and no rap at all."

Last Feb. 1, 2023, the Doja Cat new album genre seemed to change once again, as she told Variety that she would be heading in a more "masculine" direction, a complete 360 turn from her Grammy-nominated album, "Planet Her."

"I feel like we have enough pop-punk artists right now. And if there needs to be more, then let there be more, but I don't think I'm the one to do it. I want to explore more of a raw, unfiltered, hardcore punk sort of thing," she added.

But very recently, Doja Cat posted a rather cryptic tweet that fans believe to be the title of her next album.

Her initial statements to Dazed Magazine support the idea that the Doja Cat new album titled would actually be "Hellmouth." In the interview, she noted that she thought she has fallen into "controlled chaos," saying that she has put different genres into the same album and even on the same song, pretty much like what a mouth is about.

As of this writing, it has not been confirmed nor denied if Doja Cat's new album would be titled "Hellmouth" but she has changed her Twitter display name to the same title.
