Lil Uzi Vert has sported two new body tattoos recently, and it's getting a lot of heat from social media.

The rapper, who is from Philadelphia, featured a tribal artwork on his brow and an upside-down cross on his tongue.

These tattoos have caused much controversy about the purported "Satanism" of the "Just Wanna Rock" hitmaker.

The diamond that was previously placed in his forehead was believed to be worth $24 million.

When the 27-year-old rapper debuted his new tattoo on Sunday, it sparked a lot of discussion on Twitter.

Many others stated that they would no longer listen to their music since it was "Satanic" and "devil sh-t."

"I can't listen to Lil Uzi's music any longer because he's on some weirdo sh-t...This is disturbing," one user said.

Statements about Lil Uzi Vert's Satanism were widely circulated on social media.

Another said they would be "praying for his soul," while another said, "It's getting corny now uzi, we get it u love Satan."

A fourth stated that, with the exception of 50 Cent, many rappers have sold their souls for fame in order to achieve "quick fame."

This follows criticism for the lyrics of an unreleased song that premiered at Rolling Loud California last month, in which he refers to Satan.

In the lyrics of his song, the rapper, whose real name is Symere Bysil Woods, proclaimed: "I make a City Girl believe in Satan," referring to his girlfriend JT.

According to the "Baby Pluto" rapper, the much-discussed line in his current song is only allegorical.

When TMZ approached him about it in March, he said, "Basically, I make a girl do whatever I say."

JT was there when the track was set down, he explained, and she "didn't think much of it."

Lil Uzi Vert stated he just ignored criticism when asked how he felt about it.

He expressed, "I'm just speaking my truth and using my freedom of speech. I come from a very religious background so I don't want to hurt anyone, but people can always simply turn it off."

It won't be long before fans can finally groove out to Lil Uzi Vert's new song.

"The Pink Tape," a project first announced in 2020, is set to be released in the following two months.

Though the title of the song has not been announced, the rapper has stated that it will be on his future album.
