Kelly Clarkson is ready to sing a new breakup anthem to fans.

Clarkson has been taking her fans on her healing journey through music. She previously made a buzz when she altered Gayle's hit track, "abcdefu," during the March 30 episode of her "The Kelly Clarkson Show." She then unveiled a short part of her new single, "Mine."

But she broke everyone's heart even more with the lyrics of her upcoming singles.

Kelly Clarkson's New Music To Offer Painful Lyrics

Ahead of Clarkson's new album release on Friday, the 40-year-old crooner shared the complete lyrics of her singles, "me" and "mine."

On Instagram, she shared the songs' lyrics which both refer to a breakup. Both singles will be part of her next album, "chemistry," and fans have already started feeling the songs' pain.

"Loved you so much / Took an army to pull me up / But now I'm on the other side / I remembered I could fly," she sings on "me," while "mine" has the scathing lyrics, "You know I question every motive, every thing you say / Thought with you maybe my heart wasn't meant to break / Can't believe I let you in, I can't believe I stayed / As long as I stayed."

Fans can see the whole lyrics on her social media account.

Clarkson previously shocked everyone with a sneak peek of her song "mine" on Twitter, during which she sang a part in full acapella.

Although she unveiled two songs from the album, she revealed that the album title was based on another song in the music project.

"It's called Chemistry because I was trying to find a word that really described the whole thing 'cause I didn't want everybody to think that I was just coming out with some just like, 'I'm angry. I'm sad,' just one or two emotions," Clarkson declared.

She added that the album would be the "arc" of a relationship.

Kelly Clarkson Turns Heartbreak Into Hit Music

Clarkson called it quits with Blackstock, with whom she shares two children: River Rose and Remington Alexander.

They reportedly decided to divorce in June 2020 due to irreconcilable differences. It ended their seven years of marriage.

Before the release of the new album, she told Variety in September that she had been working on the new record for two years after their split.
