Nickelback and Lizzo shared a sweet interaction online after the latter's video defending the band in 2019 went viral again on social media and the two music acts might be collaborating in one concert soon.

According to Loudwire, the "Good As Hell" hitmaker's old video made rounds online last week. In the clip, she was playing "Jam or Not a Jam" with CBC Music where she noted that Nickelback "get a lot of s***."

While listening to the band's 2001 song "How You Remind Me" from their album "Silver Side Up," Lizzo asked why does the public not like the group.

"I think that this is a jam. It has a beautiful climax... everybody knows this melody," she said, praising the song.

The musician later theorized why the band gets hate from other people, citing Chad Kroeger's hair might be the reason.

"I think they get a lot of s*** because [vocalist Chad Kroeger] had a curly blonde perm," she added.

Nickelback Responds to Lizzo

Days after the video went viral, Nickelback took to their Instagram account to share their admiration for the pop star by re-posting the said clip.

The band expressed their gratitude for the singer, writing, "Thank you @lizzobeeating for the kind words!"
