Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra got married in 2018, but their love story started decades before that as the actress recently shared a heartwarming story of how her husband now had already seen her on TV when he was a kid.
The star recently dropped by "The Jennifer Hudson Show" where she revealed that the musician first encountered her on television more than two decades ago.
Speaking about the story, Chopra said she was 18 years old when she won the Miss World pageant in London. At the time she had no idea of what was going to happen with her life as she didn't have any practice or professional background when it comes to competing in pageants.

Fast forward to the future, Nick Jonas's mother told the actress that she remembered watching the pageant in 2000 and the star was shocked by her story. (via Billboard)
Denise Miller-Jonas remembers the show clearly as Nick was only 7 years old at the time and her husband loves to watch pageants.
"I remember, was watching it and Nick came and sat down and watched you win,' which is unfathomable. That was 22 years ago. He was 7, I was 17," Priyanka Chopra said.

Nick Jonas, Priyanka Chopra Age Difference
Priyanka Chopra was born in July 18, 1982; she's now 40 years old. On the other hand, her husband Nick Jonas is 30 years old, making them have a 10-year age difference.
In a previous interview, as reported by the Yakima Herald, the actress revealed that the Jonas Brothers member slid into her DMs two years before they started dating in 2018.
At the time, Chopra was 35 years old and she wanted to settle down with someone because she was ready to get serious after going through a lot of fun dates during her younger years.
At first, the actress was hesitant of giving the musician a chance because she was worried about making dating mistakes again.
She later gave him a chance when they went on their first date together, and she finally realized that he was the man that she was going to marry.
After a few months of dating, the two finally tied the knot and they welcomed their first child last year.
