The music industry is riddled with successful, gorgeous, and wealthy female artists, and this year's Forbes Richest Women Celebrities in America delved into their secrets.

According to reports, the wealthiest female artist in the game right now is Rihanna, which may be surprising for some since the singer has not released a new album since 2016, but her iconic and successful beauty and lifestyle brand Fenty has catapulted her to the top.

Rihanna has a reported net worth of $1.4 billion, and it's mostly thanks to Fenty Beauty, and the royalties from her pre-existing music releases because her recent NFL Super Bowl Halftime Show actually did not rake in the dough for the singer.

Coming in second is Taylor Swift. The "Anti-Hero" singer has been enjoying all the success and flowers from her recently released albums, "Folklore," "Evermore," and "Midnights."

On top of that, she has also been working on several of her rerecorded albums; with "Fearless" and "Red" out of the way, Swift is gearing up to release one of her most highly anticipated rerecordings "Speak Now (Taylor's Version)."

As per Forbes, Swift has earned a net worth of $740 million, which can also be attributed to her massive "Eras Tour," which boasts sold-out shows across the United States and Canada.

Built Empire

When they think Pop, they think of Madonna. The Queen of Pop has a reported net worth of $580 million, and this is expected to go higher by the end of the year especially since she is about to embark on her highly anticipated "Celebration Tour."

The "Like a Prayer" singer may be controversial, especially following the human trafficking accusations, but the singer remains one of the most popular and iconic-probably legendary artists of all time, and she is not going anywhere anytime soon.

Coming in fourth is Beyonce, who just dropped her seventh studio album "Renaissance" late last year.

Not only is the singer one of the wealthiest female artists in the music industry, but she also happens to be one most decorated, with 32 Grammy Awards under her belt.

Beyonce is currently on her "Renaissance Tour," which definitely helped boost her net worth, which is now estimated at $540 million.

Slow and Steady

Some other artists included in the Forbes list are those who have been in the game for so long that it was almost a no-brainer.

Celine Dion earned one of the top spots on the list with $480 million, followed by Dolly Parton with $440 million, and Barbra Streisand with $430 million.
