Recent reports have revealed that Sabrina Carpenter, who is rumored to compete with Olivia Rodrigo, will join Taylor Swift on her "Eras" Tour's Latin American leg.
This has ignited speculation of a tense relationship between Taylor and Olivia.
The "Lavender Haze" singer expressed the potential to extend the tour schedule, suggesting that "LOTS more" international dates will be added.
24-year-old Sabrina enthusiastically reacted on Instagram, writing, "trying to process this but alas i shant."
As Taylor announced that the "Eras" Tour will now include Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil this year, exciting news has come to light.
Last week, the "Anti-Hero" singer wrote in an Instagram post: "Really thrilled to tell you this!! Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil: We are bringing The 'Eras' Tour to you this year!"
Since Olivia's childhood, the renowned actress has been a massive fan of Taylor.
Her admiration for the Grammy award-winning singer-songwriter heightened in March 2021 when Taylor gave the brunette singer a ring as a token of appreciation.
In an interview with SiriusXM, Olivia had only good things to say about Taylor, her favorite singer: "She is the kindest individual in the whole world."
It's no secret that Taylor Swift and Olivia Rodrigo share a mutual respect for one another, as evident on their social media accounts.
Yet recently, the admiration between the two took an unexpected turn when music producer Jack Antonoff and Taylor were recognized in the writing credits for Olivia's hit single "Deja Vu" song from her "Sour" album - which Olivia has acknowledged to have been heavily influenced by Taylor.
Olivia was far from pleased and vented her disappointment saying, "It was really frustrating to see people discredit and deny my creativity."

At the 2023 Grammys, despite Taylor Swift and Olivia Rodrigo being present, no photos of them together were taken.
What was more noteworthy, though, was that the "Never Getting Back Together" posed for pictures with Sabrina Carpenter, with whom Olivia Rodrigo has been known to have unfriendly relations.
Traces of a feud between Olivia and Sabrina go back to 2021 when speculation began swirling that the latter had taken up with the "High School Musical: The Musical: The Series" actress' former flame Joshua Bassett, 22.
But per a TikTok user, "So all in all, there's no solid proof that the two are in a feud, but for them to go from being so supportive publicly of each other to nothing, definitely has me curious."
