Noel Gallagher broke his silence regarding Oasis' future as his estranged brother, Liam, continues to blame him for damaging the band.

Talks about Oasis' reunion have been lurking around since the band called it quits. Unlike any other bands in the industry, the band's plans remain scrapped as two of its members - the Gallagher Brothers - disapprove of the idea.

Noel Gallagher Challenges Liam Gallagher Over Oasis Reunion

For months, Noel has been mentioning in his interviews that he is open to receiving any form of communication from his brother, Liam. However, the latter always responds to him via Twitter and condemns his brother instead.

During an interview with Seattle's 98.9 KPNW, Noel challenged his brother to call him despite knowing he would never do so. He claimed that Liam does not want to do a reunion and knows that both of them are never interested in it.

"I know he doesn't want it, and I'm very comfortable in what I do. I couldn't give a flying fuck one way or the other," he said."But he keeps going on about it and I'm like, 'Well, okay. Call us then. Let's see what you've got to say."

Noel also accused him of making up "imaginary ground rules" and giving false hopes to fans that something would definitely come and happen. With that, he dared his brother to call him but predicted he would not because he knew he might suggest the reunion.

Instead of taking to Twitter again, he wants Liam to call him instead as he is "bigger and better than that."

Oasis' Rumored Reunion Tour

Amid the brothers' feud, a reporter from The Sun claimed that Oasis would perform at Knebworth in 2025 after Liam and Noel "approved of it."

While the report should be taken with a grain of salt, it said that the band has been considering to do gigs in June of that year to mark the 30th anniversary of its 1995 album, "(What's The Story) Morning Glory?"

"Agents are provisionally looking at dates in June, which would see fans enjoying Oasis again with the chance of the sun shining," a source told the news outlet. "Of course, even if it did pour down with rain, fans would still show up for the historic reunion."

Oasis is yet to confirm the news.
