Before she can look to the future, a top-notch celebrity mindset coach has suggested that right now is the time for healing for Taylor Swift.

This comes after the "Lavender Haze" singer's split from Matty Healy early this week.

This also comes shortly after the end of Taylor and Joe Alwyn's breakup, but not long after, she and Matty begin seeing each other.

All in all, their romance was relatively brief.

Rumors have circulated that the split between Taylor, 33, and Matty, 34, was due to their conflicting work commitments and a realization of incompatibility.

In an interview with The Mirror, Noor Hibbert suggested that for the Grammy award-winning singer to recover from the breakup, she needs to focus on self-healing.

Noor discussed that The 1975 singer and the blonde beauty could break away from this pattern by doing inner work to heal their wounded inner child.

She suggested that there might be learned behaviors causing them to unconsciously spoil their search for love, which was behind their breakup.

The transformation coach proposed that Taylor Swift could benefit from taking a step back and addressing unresolved emotions, noting how this can help her "rewrite the narrative" of any relationships and create healthier dynamics.

She continued to explain that whatever stories were going on in her subconscious could be playing out in reality, creating a cycle of unfulfilling or toxic connections.

Noor proclaimed that self-reflection, therapy, and dedication to personal development are all necessary to transform relationships with others and perceive love as a safe emotion.

She also emphasized the importance of embarking on a personal journey to further one's growth and learning.

"In order to find meaningful, fulfilling relationships," the expert said, "we must first develop a deep understanding of ourselves and learn to love who we are."

"That way, we can set appropriate boundaries and be more discerning when it comes to who we invite into our lives so that we don't settle for anything less than what we deserve. This is especially true for someone like Taylor Swift in her pursuit of true love."

Noor was clear that creating meaningful relationships is not a simple task, emphasizing: "This is a difficult path requiring emotional fortitude, honest introspection and an eagerness for personal development. Eventually your ties will become healthier and more significant."
