Residents of the exclusive enclave of Threats Hills are concerned about the presence of Nicki Minaj and her husband, Kenneth Petty, who is a convicted criminal.

Hundreds have signed an online petition urging the celebrity couple to leave the neighborhood immediately.

People in the vicinity worry that their small hamlet may need to be more significant for the couple's arrival.

According to TMZ, Beverly Bardan, a resident of Hidden Hills, has created a petition to voice her outrage surrounding Kenneth.

Recently, interest in Kenneth has been heightened because he submitted documents altering his residence on California's Megan's Law website.

This likely caused a stir among members of the immediate community. Previously, back in December, Nicki and Kenneth acquired a home in Hidden Hills; Kenneth is currently serving one year of house arrest for not registering himself correctly under California law.

In Beverly's opinion, Nicki and Kenneth's presence in Hidden Hills would threaten home values and be a safety hazard.

To make it clear to all residents of Hidden Hills how she feels, Beverly is urging them to endorse her petition stating their disapproval of sex offenders being in their neighborhood.

More than 862 people have now put their names to a call for action, named "SAY NO TO SEX OFFENSERS IN HIDDEN HILLS," launched in response to Nicki's purchase of her Hidden Hills estate for $19.5 million.

Notably, over 100 signatures have recently been added, demonstrating growing public support.

As a growing trend, celebrities are now flocking to the affluent neighborhood of Hidden Hills which includes Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Will and Jada Smith.

In December 2022, the "Super Bass" rapper invested in an 8-bedroom, 11-bathroom property just over 11 thousand square feet.

Although Kenneth Petty's profile had previously identified Minaj's address as his own for some time, it has recently been updated to reflect his latest acquisition, which is the home he shares with Nicki.

A criminal charge dating back to the 1990s landed Petty in hot water and resulted in him having to register as a sex offender.

Initially, he was charged with first-degree rape of Jennifer Hough, but due to Nicki's husband negotiating a plea deal, it was reduced to attempted rape.

After that, he served a 4-year jail sentence for the offense.

This year, Jennifer initiated legal action against the award-winning rapper and her spouse for allegedly subjecting her to harassment.

She reported that they had offered her a sum of $500k to get her to take back her accusations.

Jenniferinformed them she would not do so and was met with continued calls and visits despite turning down their offer.

At the start of this year, the court case against Jennifer fell through, with no financial settlement being reached. Meanwhile, Kenneth is still in a legal battle with the accuser, who has reportedly been using the lawsuit as an opportunity to extort money.
